10 Games Like Assassin's Creed

The Game!
Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation or also known as Assassin’s Creed III: Lady Liberty, is quite basically a spinoff of the AC titles, to give more to the fans (read: to take more from the fans). The game has a game within itself about the life events of Aveline de Grandpre (yes the protagonist is a woman here!), the game is released by Abstergo Entertainment (within the game, of course!) but it is flawed with censors of all kinds on many places to deem The Assassins as the forces of evil, an evil scheme surely.
As the player delves deep into the meta game of Liberation, they are visited by Erudito, a group of hackers who wants to show you the real story of Aveline and what actually happened! Her deeds as the assassin in the timeframe of 1765 to 1777 against The Templars’ tyranny (near the end of the French-Indian War) are what the game is about!
The Gameplay!
The gameplay is just like other titles of the AC games, its good and fun at times but nothing that we have not seen before except of course a female badass lead (and of mixed genes from French and African collaboration).
There are however some different approaches to clear the sections of the game, since now a lady is leading here, you will have to woo the enemy, you will have to take pity of the enemy and then finally you must destroy the enemy. And of course you can’t expect to do all that without matching clothes so there are three camouflages for Aveline, the Southern Belle, The Slave Garb and The Assassin’s persona of course.
The Company!
Developed by Ubisoft Sofia and Ubisoft Milan, published by Ubisoft for PC, PS3, X360 and PS Vita, It was initially released on November 15-October 30-31 for Japan-NA-EU for PS Vita and then the HD version was released on January 14-15 2014 for NA-EU for PS Network and the release for PC and Xbox arcade was held on January 15 2014.
The Appeal!
Aveline is hands down one of the most, hottest and apt female leads in the gaming history, although her character depths went largely unexplored. So this is parkour the shit out of the Templars with a lady assassin and that’s seriously cool.
The Game!
First of all, people calm the hell down, no need to lynch anyone, and now the review. The game is basically about reliving the awesome feats of the series’ protagonist Desmond Miles’ ancestors through a… umm, an ancestor’s deeds reliving machine aka Animus and that is the premise of the game.
This time around Desmond has to follow another of his Assassin ancestor who is trying to thwart the control frenzy of The Templars for free will and peace in 1754 to 1783 timeframe, Ratonhnhake: ton (half English/half Mohawk, full badass) also called for the longer life expectancy of our tongues, as Connor!
The Gameplay!
The environment of the game is as always open world based with a third person camera from behind-top, you can literally go anywhere and do many things, don’t wanna go with the main story arch, fine! Do the side missions first, fine! Kill hundreds of poor animals for gold, good old fine! The possibilities are end…er…many!
The game is basically explore candy for the loyal fans of the series and genre, with a neat storyline and nice combat system, many compelling battles and loads of interesting missions thrown in as well. AC III is for the lazy parkour fantasy within you.
The Company!
Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, published by Ubisoft for PS3, X360, PC and Wii U, it was released on October 30 2012 (NA) October 31 2012 (EU, AUS) for PS3 and X360, November 18 2012 (NA) and November 30 2012 ( EU, AUS) for the Wii U and on November 20 2012 (NA), November 22 2012 (AUS) and November 23 2012 (EU) for the PC, phew!
The Appeal!
Its Assassin’s Creed you guys, go nuts all over the place! The game is basically flawless unless of course you don’t count the glitches here and glitches there, we hear that the greed is making the gods in the game creation heaven a bit impatient but what the deuce you guys, at least finish the game completely first before letting it out on the market!
Patches anyone?
Want to go back in time and see how legends of Caribbean pirates came to be? You should give, Assassin’s creed Black Flag a try!

Assassin's Creed: Black Flag is a historical fiction open world stealth video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is available for Microsoft Windows, Wii U, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Assassin's Creed: Black Flag, the sixth major installment in the “Assassin’s Creed” series take the players to the pirate ridden Caribbean islands near and including Havana, Kingston and Nassau. Players step into the shoes of Edward Kenway, a pirate who later on joins the creed and fights for their cause against the imperialistic British and Spanish empire.
Assassin's Creed: Black Flag has various missions the players need to complete in order to progress further in the game. Also, as the game supports an open world environment, the players can roam around the environment and interact with it, while having the freedom to join the story line at any point. Assassin's Creed: Black Flag has two environments for the player to free-travel and complete, land and sea (which can traversed using Kenway’s ship “The Jackdaw”).

Players can also choose to collect various treasures, ship up-gradation charts, or hunt animals for their resources both at the sea as well at land. The game also has a multiplayer mode where the players can use Kenway’s fleet to engage in battles with other players online. Players can also choose to buy dlc packages to continue the story or take on a different campaign altogether.
The Game!
Role Reversal guys, its actually Templar’s Creed: We Matter Too! Yes, in this one, you are Shay Patric Cormac, an assassin who turns to the dark side, with the Templars and works for them against the Assassins, which here seems nice but actually its all the same like before but with 2 or 3 new weapons and some different sort of side missions, besides these nothing is new.
The Gameplay!
With the navel expeditions of the Black Flag and land explorations of every other title mixed in this one, the gameplay is as always not bad and makes us have no complaints with it. It gets fun when we are working against the ones we had been working all these times, some missions are great, weapons like Grenade Launcher, sleep darts, poison gases etc are elevating at times, but in the lack of nothing exactly new, it’s a so-so experience.
I mean we were fighting the Templars before and now the Assassins, without any gripping mechanics we could be fighting The Force or The KKK, without even thinking of the reactions around our environment. Its basically just button mashing, good button mashing, that’s it!
The Company!
Developed by Ubisoft Sofia and published by Ubisoft for PS3, X360 and PC, it was released on November 11-13-December 11 in NA-AUS/EU-JP for PS3 and X360 and on March 10 2015 for the PC.
The Appeal!
Of course, the friend is now the enemy in this one, and one could dream of many epic confrontations and sceneries and stuff but eventually the title ACR, delivers not to our expectations but neither to our dismay!
