Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons is an action adventure about two brothers searching for a cure for their ailing father. It's a single-player game which lets the player control both brothers simultaneously with a controller to create a co-op gaming experience in single player mode.

At the beginning of the game the two brothers Naia and Naiee bring their ill father to the doctor of the village. He sends them on a journey to collect water from the Tree of Life to save the life of their father. The adventure leads them through the village, caves and the mountains. To arrive at the Tree of Life they have to pass aggressive dogs and wolves and they even meet trolls and visit the territory of the giants.

Naia and Naiee have to support each other to solve challenges and puzzles to advance on their journey to the Tree of Life. Each brother has his own strengths and weaknesses which have to be used wisely to save their father.
