World of Goo seems to be some childlike mind’s invention which in other words mean that it is so much fun.
Welcome to the World of Goo, where suddenly large pipes emerged out of nowhere that awoke these small but vast in numbers balls of goo, they had naïve curiosity and an a penchant for adventure, from their slumber.
So when these goo balls tried to know more about these strange things called pipes, they were sucked into it, by the World of Goo Corporation!
Because it’s obvious there has to be an evil corporation that does all these horrid things to sentient, anthropomorphic balls of semi liquid substances.
That is more interesting, anyways, so the excessive goo balls that are left behind try to recue those Goo Balls and learn the secret of what is actually going on around the place.
The gameplay is very simple and very, very unique at the same time, you have these balls of goo and then you have to reach some pipe or tunnel or some other section of the area through an opening that is the demand of each level in this game.
But the really fun of it all lies when you try to get to those recommended openings to other areas, you have to use these balls in such a way that they form a bridge or ladder or some other connecting structure to reach that point of exit.
It’s like the card building game, where we would build up as much of a high tower as we could, that would fall eventually with little to no efforts by our lives.
That was a depressing thing to mention here, not this one though, it’s like million times more interesting, rewarding, fun and Gooey than that pointless activity of ours.
Yes arrange these goo balls in any direction and anyhow to reach weirdly situated exit points, then these goo balls would be collected to be used in the final chapter of the game, where you will have to defend your World of Goo gaming knowledge that you just mastered against the goo masters of the world.
Its silliness, but its intelligent silliness and it is fun all the way.
Developed by 2D Boy and published by 2D Boy and Brighter Minds Media, Mastertronic Groups, RTL Games, Akella, and Nintendo for Android, Blackberry OS, iOS, Linux, PC, OS X and Wii. It was released in October 2008.
It is simple, funny, mind testing, gooey fun for everyone, if you are hold up somewhere just put it on for a quickie and the best thing is it never gets boring. So it’s a great deal we think.
